By using TrackInPublic (the "Service") you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.
Your account
You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You're responsible for activity under your account. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your country.
Public content
The Service is designed to make habits public. Anything you mark public (habits, streaks, proof media, bio) can be seen by anyone with your link and indexed by search engines. Only post content you're comfortable making public and that you have the right to share.
Acceptable use
- No illegal, hateful, harassing, or infringing content.
- No attempts to break, overload, scrape abusively, or reverse-engineer the Service.
- No impersonation or misrepresenting your streaks to defraud others.
We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these terms.
Streak integrity
Check-ins close at midnight in your timezone and cannot be backfilled — this is intentional and central to the Service. We may correct data or streaks affected by bugs or abuse.
Your content
You keep ownership of the content you upload. You grant us the limited license needed to host and display it as part of the Service (including on your public page). You're responsible for your content.
Free & Pro
A free tier is available. "Pro" is a paid subscription billed through Stripe on the web; pricing and features are shown at checkout and may change with notice. Subscriptions renew until cancelled. You can cancel anytime via the billing portal; access continues until the end of the paid period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.
Termination
You can stop using the Service and delete your account anytime. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms or to protect the Service.
Disclaimer & liability
The Service is provided "as is", without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date above reflects the latest version. Continued use means you accept the changes.
